Long Run Durability — three contractors, one standard.

Long Run Durability is the parent company. The work is delivered by three specialist contractors — lrdroofing, lrdbuilding, lrddecorating — so a roof is done by a roofer, a deck by a builder, and a recote by a decorator.

Luke Dingle, Brad Dingle, Tumoana Gillam and Jax Seaboryne started this. They are still the crew that turns up. Brad is co-owner and an apprentice builder. Quotes are itemised — labour, materials, access — and valid thirty days. A fifty percent deposit orders materials and locks a start date; the balance is due on practical completion.

Coatings carry manufacturer warranties (up to fifteen years on a correctly prepared substrate). Our workmanship is warranted for five years. Product systems can run to thirty years where the spec allows.
