- Photos and the address in, you’ll hear the same working day. After hours, the next morning. Some jobs need a visit first — we’ll say so.
- A quoting visit in our service area is part of getting you a number — no charge when photos aren’t enough. An annual roof check is $150–$250. After-hours leak call-outs carry a fee, confirmed before we leave.
- Wairarapa, Manawatū, Wellington and Horowhenua. Travel is written on the quote.
- Licensed applicators and LBP Carpentry. The licence ID is on every written quote — we don’t put the number on the website. Check the public LBP register.
- Five years workmanship, in writing. Coatings carry the manufacturer’s warranty (up to fifteen years on a correctly prepared substrate).
- Fifty percent deposit to order materials and lock a start date. Balance on practical completion. Quotes valid 30 days.
- Call or text 022 024 7592. Working days until 5pm: a genuine leak we then quote doesn’t carry a call-out. After 5pm, weekends and public holidays: a call-out fee, confirmed on the phone before we leave the yard.
- $150–$250. We walk the roof, take photos, and leave a written note of what can wait and what can’t. Book a two-hour window from Visit.
- Yes. Gutter clean, moss treat, recote on a cycle — priced per roof, billed when we do the work. Same crew each year so the history isn’t lost.
- Yes. That’s a paid insurance report — photos, written scope, itemised number — separate from the repair. You handle the claim and the excess.
- Not always. Harness and mobile scaffold cover a lot of recotes and flashings. If a wrap is safer, it’s a line on the quote — not a surprise.
- Yes. Punch in the house, copy the takeoff, send it with the enquiry. It’s a takeoff, not the final price.
- No. lrdroofing, lrdbuilding or lrddecorating — the contractor on the quote is the one on site.
